We register your email/ mobile number provided at the time of your purchase against the item being shipped. So you will recieve automatic updates from Australia post as your item makes its way to you!

We always strive to do our best to support our customers and will support a full refund or exchange of an item given the item is returned (shipping cost at customers expense) in its original condition and that the change of mind request is logged within 30 days of your purchase. Please note, there are no returns or exchanges on custom items.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible. Ready to ship items are sent within 24-48 hrs of purchase.

When you sign up for an account with us, you are automatically entered into our Loyalty Program. Each time certain spend bands are meant, we add loyalty gifts to your next orders once placed.

Custom opal requests have lead times of 2 weeks.
Custom Jewellery requests have lead times of 2-4 weeks. 
Layaway project time frames vary depending on the payment term.
